Who We Are
Peacock Chairs Oahu is a family owned & operated business in Hawaii. Christine always wanted a peacock chair of her own but could only find old, beaten-up ones--with that, she began her search for a maker. She found the perfect fit in Indonesia with true artisans who could bring all of her rattan dreams to life. One chair for herself quickly became containers of hundreds of the most beautiful, brand new, hand-crafted pieces. It brought her joy getting to support the artisans livelihood--especially, during the 2020 pandemic with her orders of chairs & the makers shared their immense gratitude. Today she is grateful to share the beauty of peacock chairs with Hawaii through offering chairs, tables, & lighting fixtures both for purchase & rent while working closely with her family while she does it.
